Financial Information

Femto provides services facilitating financial analysis, reporting, and building financial forecasts in a streamlined and automated process, for companies, trusts, business associations, trade associations, startups, etc. To provide this functionality, Femto allows you to import:

Financial information related Chart of Accounts, Profit & Loss Accounts, Balance Sheet Accounts and Budget(s).

This information can be entered manually, uploaded from a spreadsheet or imported directly from third party services (e.g. Intuit) where you have given us permission to do so. In the latter case we securely store access tokens which allow us to update the accounting information in Femto on your behalf.


Cookies & other tracking technologies

Cookies are small amounts of data that are transferred to your web browser by a web server and are stored on your computer's hard drive. Femto use cookies to track user activity, help us identify and authenticate visitors, track usage, and store preferences, to monitor traffic patterns and to gauge popularity of service options. We will use this information to deliver relevant content and services to you.

For example, we may have access to certain information from a third party authentication service (e.g. Google) if you log into Femto through the service or otherwise provide us with access to information from the service. Any access that we may have to such information from a third party authentication service is in accordance with the authorisation procedures determined by that service, which will usually include a confirmation explaining to you what data will be shared. By authorising us to connect with a third party service, you typically authorise us to access and store your name, email address(es), current city, profile picture URL, and other information that the third party service makes available to us, and to use and disclose it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Aggregated Data means information which have been stripped of clues, trails or information potentially identifying User(s), their account Information, intellectual property, specific financial data, organizational hierarchy and which have been combined to provide generalized, anonymous information of collective benefit to all market participants.

Our data storage and data infrastructure is hosted with AWS. We may from time-to-time change, add or modify our storage and infrastructure, following which the privacy policy will be updated with such information. We have taken steps to satisfy ourselves that our provider will manage and secure our data in a way that is consistent with applicable regulatory requirements and international best practice.
